Created a test suite for umitCore.UmitConf?. Now testing each UmitConf? class, and fixed some bugs there also. I discovered that some classes on UmitConf? were re-openning the umit.conf file, while the umitCore.Paths remains with that file openned during the execution of Umit. This would probably cause an error to the app sometime, and I decided to fix this big mistake. The test suite is running perfectly for now, and should be test after the integration of the GSoC projects, as some of them made changes to this file. Also, removed the umitCore.NmapOutputHighlight? as the class inside this module were duplicated at umitCore.UmitConf?, and everyone seens to be using the version on UmitConf? instead of the other.

Started part of the work intended to fix the problem arround paths and installation procedures. Now, Umit will have three independent installation scripts that won't try to be portable by any mean, and will left that work to package maintainers and the scripts intended to install umit on other operating system. Moved arround a lot of stuffs, and soon I'll be adding more. The installation scripts of this revision are broken, and I'll try to come with them fixed on the next revision.
