Improve the command input, changing the way we write target and select profiles in order to avoid some usability issues we have being facing.

I don't know if someone take this ticket.

But actually r3736 if you create a profile with -iL option an d select a file, you don't need a target. So "Scan" button is disable and you can't begin scan without put something in target.
