-iL/-iR option doesn't unlock Scan button

Description

if we use -iL or -iR option in our profiles, scan button is locked for this options we don't need any targets so it has to be unlocked. also any extra targets are ignored by nmap, so <target> is necessary.

I attached a patch for this bug.
