Umit doesn't fully uninstall under Vista/7

Description

After uninstalling Umit there is still a menu in "All programs" as well links to the no longer executables.

Fixed in r4231.

Note that if you have already uninstalled Umit, you will need to manually remove the entries in "All Programs" that were created by the older installers. It doesn't cause any sort of trouble if you don't remove them, but it will looks like this commit didn't fix it.
