can't find a backend

qsy had some problems with scapy and when he tried to run PM, he got:

Cannot run backend without scapy installed

And it's obviously correct (because of some problems mentioned above), but why it doesn't check for others (UMPA in this case) backens? I think it should find other till reach any.

Or it's currently just disabled?

It's just disabled because it's a little outdated and i'm not sure that will work. The situation will be improved soon :P
