Description

Hello guys,

In accordance with the evaluation rule in GSOC 2011, I just downloaded the Packet Manipulator tool from UMIT site to run a few debugging sessions. I tried to run it in my Win XP sp3 OS, but the Software crashed. It started and then it showed a tab that stated that main window was being loaded and it crashed stating that the backend needed SCAPY installed.This backend cannot be used without scapy installed.
